Can I import a Canadian Truck to the States?

Hello Cummins enthusiasts! Long time lurker making first post.... I live 1/4 mile from the US / Canada border in Washington State, and I seem to see more 1st gen Cummins trucks on the Canadian side of the border for sale on Craigslist than on our side of the border. I've imported Hondas and Fords before, but not a Dodge with Cummins diesel..... anyone know if a first gen can easily be imported from Canada into the United States? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Cheers
