A/C Blower Resistor Replacement/check

A/C Blower Resistor Replacement/check

I tried to take the blower resistor screws out today. Are there nuts on the other side? I can't imagine them being stripped out.

Those are self tapping sheet metal screw on the resistor block. Yes they can be stripped out.
