Bully Dog Dodge 12V Fuel Pin

Been trying to find out about the Bully Dog Dodge 12V Fuel Pin part #42190. Bully Dog says it's a gain of 40 hp and 70 foot pounds of torque....Has anybody tried the this pin and if so, is it worth buying?
Also how hard is it to install?
From Bully Dog web page:
Additional 40 horsepower for the Dodge ’88-’93 12 Valve Dodge Cummins
Easily realize an extra 40 hp from your Dodge with VE injection pumps by installing one of our ALL new fuel pins. Simple installation, along with a solid horsepower increase makes this one of our hottest new products.

Thanks for any & all information

The fuel pin is going to give you a considerable gain in HP and power response. That is usually the first step that most people take when stepping over the edge of the slippery slope. You will love it.

Yes, your garage. I bought a PDR pin, but realized that I could have done it just the same with a dremel. Save you a lot of money.

That was my first down fall...........I mean mod. Before you buy please check out the Old Smokey fuel pin. I wish I did. It seems that the original idea was somehow "borrowed" by Bully Dog. I am very happy with the results of the fuel pin. I am not sure about Bully Dog's business ethics. The Bully Dog fuel pin is kind of soft. I found that the AFC pin cuts a groove in the Bully Dog fuel pin unless you take time to radiius the end that engages the fuel pin. I take it out ever so often to clean and lube.

To do it yourself which sounds like a great ideal...How can I fine out how much of the fuel pin needs to be grinded?

The fuel pin was the first step off the slippery slope...I mean mod I did myself. It was really easy to remove the old one and put the new one back in.
