Broken grill blues.........
I have noticed that many 1st gen pickups (91-93) with the chrome grills have broken bracket mounts. The arms/brackets that bolt down my 93's grill frame is broken. It looks like when a person leans on the grill frame to do underhood work, the plastic tabs shear off. Anyone else have this problem? My 93' Ram grill frame is busted right between the D and G on the words DODGE. I just found a mint used chrome grill frame for super cheap, the only bad part is the mounting tabs are busted off. Anyone, have a better way of securing these commonly broken grills?

My old one had a bad crack and a broken tab. Got one off ebay, only problem was again a broken tab. But for $50, it was in great shape. Little JB weld and its like new. Watch ebay. If you go aftermarket, you lose the DODGE.
