Brakes act funny

Hey guys ive been reading on here but this is my first post on dtr. I have a 89 d350 auto stock. If the truck sits for a day or two when i first crank it up and head out if i touch the brakes they will drag across the gravel drive way. However though after i drive it a little bit they get a lot worse. I have a fairly hard pedal though it like i lose the assist. Also the anti lock brake light stays on all the time any help is greatly appreciated.

Check for a leaky hub seal.

Axle seal leaking oil into the brake drum. You may or may not see an outside indication without pulling the drum.

Your pads get wet and spongy as you drive and the leak begins again. Sounds like the asessment from "Wanna" is right on.
