Maybe, but I have seen smart people stupified by alcohol. Stupid is non-discriminatory, has no politics and is evenly spread through all ethnicity's, ideologies and everything else. It is the one commonality in the world. Maybe we should celebrate it. Have you seen the movie "Idiocracy"? That reality is coming to yours and mine soon! I can't wait
