OK so while the box was off I also wanted to install a new borgeson shaft got one from summit the one that uses a rag joint at the top.
Also purchased a new rag joint and here is the problem it comes with 2 bolts and nuts and 2 pins and nuts not the pin/stamped sheet metal thing the stock rag joint uses.

I installed the rag joint to the top of the borgeson shaft with the bolts/nuts and the pins through the rag into the holes in the bottom of the colum so they catch the square cut outs in the top of the borgeson.

Is this right ? Anyone got a picture of using the replacement rag joint with the included hardware ?
