Bolt ID

While I am in the process or replacing my steering box I would like to replace the mounting hardware as well, but I am not sure what grade bolts these are.
First pic is of steering gear to mounting plate bolt. This bolt appears to have 7 radial marks.
Second pic is of mounting plate to frame bolt. Normally I would have called this a grade 8 bolt, but I have never seen a bolt with 3 + marks and 3 radial marks.
Can anyone enlighten me?

Thanks,
Chris

I take them to be Grade 8, maybe a manufacture's marking.

Grade 9 is different.

The steering box bolts are higher then a grade 8, link below shows other applications having a 180,000psi strength bolts.

I ended up getting some from arp(like bellow) when I relocated my steering box for crossover steering and noticed grade 8 bolts couldin't take the factory torque.
