body and trim parts for first gen

I need a right front frnder moulding for my 93 along with a bumper, anyone got any hints on how to obtain these for a reasonable price??? cheapest bumper so far is about $250 and the moulding must be obsolete.

You'll find that most first gen parts are made of unobtanium...junk yards and swap meets are your frinds when it comes to trim stuff, bumpers, etc.

The mouldings are a PITA to find, apparently somebody else thought so too, and before I got my truck took all of them, which wouldn't be that bad if they would have used a little care to get them off but didn't, so I had some pretty bad scratches where my mouldings used to be. Unfortunitly the mouldings used on 91-93's were only used for those years and made them pretty hard to find. I couldn't find them anywhere around here, and had to go about 3 hrs from here to a junkyard to get some other parts and luckily they had 3 trucks I could steal mouldings off of. Finnaly after 6 months of trying to get them I have all of them and have them on! As for new, I found a few places that sell them new and just the one piece for the door alone was $45 so I gave up on that idea, and am glad I did since I got all 6 pieces I needed and some LE badges for $20! A junkyard is definitly the place to go!!
If ya want new here's a place that has them https://www.dodgeparts.com/oe_parts_catalog.html just use the parts drill down and look under fender
and the dealer might still be able to get them too

They may have some parts that you could use.

Body Trim (Side Moldings)

I just finished repainting my '92 and used side moldings listed as for a '92 Ford. If you look at my pictures, you'll see that it almost matches the original. A roll of it cost me $170. :)

Send me your email address and I'll send you a picture you can see the trim up close.

We have a local company called Interstate Autobody which sells the stock front bumper for $65. This is the same place I get my Toyota hoods for $50 and fenders for $25/ea. ;)
