Block heater cord?

Where is the block heater on a '93 D250? I dug around a little and didn't see a cord or anything.

Cord should be coming out of the side of the engine, under the exhaust manifold, behind the oil filter.

Follow the cord and see where its tied up

The heater itself is on the passenger side of the engine, about 6 inches below the turbo. The cord is usually stuffed in somewhere close to the air filter.
