Anyone know what the white (use to be white, now yellow) plastic parts are? Looks and feels like nylon.
Today, I'm doing the fuel line upgrade and thought it might be worth it to make an entirely new nylon pickup tube/part to go on the end of the 3/8" pick up hose inside the basket assembly. I've got nylon stock and a fellow church member with a lathe and thought, might as well make a new one with a proper 3/8" hose nipple machined on the top.
Anyone done this?

Guys for the metric to JIC/AN adaptors , what material are you guys getting?
Im concerned that the regular steel ones may have a zinc coating that could cause issues down the road. I am trying to find them in stainless steel. None of the hydraulic hose supply places seem to have them in stainless.
