Bench seat-back details??
O wise ones,
I need to do some work inside the back of the stock bench seat-back. Does anyone have photos of how the original upholstery is attached, could be removed for access and re-attached, and what is inside?

Usually it's just metal hog rings that will need to be snipped out, then pull the cover off. Will probably have to remove the back portion of the seat from the base though.

I think you're right. I felt across the bottom and found what feels like the hog rings you mention. Also feels like there is a rod or reinforced edge that the hog rings wrap around so as not to rip out the covering. Anyone have a photo of the back without the cover?

Also get the seat good and warm/hot(Set it in the sun) the cover will become more flexible and stretch easier.
