If it's a t3 bolt up turbine housing it's worth $200. But the compressor housing doesn't look like the one BD uses. It's not a v-band compressor outlet housing. I'd say it's a stock s300. Either way it's worth what you paid.

Oh my god that's a $1500 turbo you just stole for $200.

HOW ?? lol

Even if you can't spin it, you could throw more fuel at it, since you obviously won't have to worry about EGT's as much because its so big. IIRC "soggy" runs a 66/74/14 silver bullet on his 93.

Theres only one way to find out if you'll like it, throw it on and try it, it cant hurt it, and swappin turbos is pretty easy and fast.

370's ??

Go bigger than that, they are barely bigger than your stock injectors.

435's at least with that monster

With some big (Edit) injectors you can spin it...I went from 36 psi to 50+ psi by going from DDP4s to 6x16s. Big injectors=lots of drive pressure.

If your truck is a daily-driver, you may find it a little sucky driving around town (lots of low engine rpm smoke, till it spools some) though that 14cm waste-gated exhaust housing may help a little there.
