??? I bought a used cooler , with nothing else the good thing is that it's the one made for the non intercool truck Im having some mounting problems. I have tryed contacting banks to get the instuction for the kits when they were new. Iam missing the boots clams and intake horn and tubes. I plan on making my own tube out of two sets of 93 stock tubes I have and a stock intake horn wich I don't have yet. Dose any one have the kit on there non Intercooled and could give me some tips thanks.

Have you pulled the front end off and looked at it all yet? Once you do that and put the stock 90deg elbow on the turbo youll see it. The passenger side is just a chunk of 3" straight tubing(i use reducers on each end currently) On the drivers side i used two 3" 90deg pieces and built a custom intake horn. If you look at some of other peoples pics there are lots of options for setting these up but all include just a couple pieces of pipe and some rubber couplers. I just looked at it and used aluminum I had around to mock it up. As far as mounting the intercooler line up the cooler fairly centered and at a good height to line up with the output of the turbocharger. My pipe goes towards the pass side a little but is a silmilar height to the intercoolers intake tube. I used large rubber gromets(for shocks or something similar) and placed them between the mounting points on the intercooler and the rad support. Marked them and drilled holes then bolted it all up. I have a banks intercooler so it should be very similar.
