It's pretty straightforward: from the engine adapter plate back, drop the auto transmission, and your drive line. If you have a transmission cooler, you may want to remove it along with the lines. remove your brake pedal and replace with clutch and brake pedals. It's a simple swap. Install your clutch hydraulics, flywheel, clutch from the donor truck. If the clutch needs to be replaced, that would be a good time to do it. Also, you may want to look at your rear main seal while you're there. Cut you a nice hole in the floor to let the shifter come up in the cab. Since you have a 5-speed handy, just draw a template off of that truck and cut it out. Bring the Getrag under and bolt it in place. check the length of your drive line: it may need to be modified...
couple things to address: neutral safety switch and back-up lights. Also your ECM being originally from an auto truck, there are a couple of issues I can't remember right off the bat, someone will chime in.
OK, this is a brief summary, I certainly missed a few things but you'll get feedback soon from other people who have done that conversion.
Good luck!

No problems with the ECM on my swap. Use the drive lines off the 5 speed truck they are different than the auto. Ground one wire from the neutral safety switch and it will start.
