Those type of wheels and lug nuts may exist, but I have not seen them.
About three or four years ago I was at the near Dodge truck dealership. A mechanic there was working on a new 3500 dual wheel truck. I ask him if they had problems with the newer trucks with the balanceing the front wheels. He said that had the same problem, they had called the factory rep. He told them they had to be centered up by using three tapered lug nuts in the three taper holes.
