I have another roof for my club cab that is pretty nice on the outer panels but I still need to get it apart to repair some rust in the windshield flange and to treat the inner panels.

This roof was cut at the pillars about 8 inches down. The bottom of this cab was totally rusted through but amazingly the roof is really nice.

So I have a spot weld cutter but is there an easier way to get the sealer out of the drip rails than just a hammer and chisel because this stuff is like concrete in there.

 

Small wire wheel in a mini grinder or drill. Wear a face shield, it hurts when you get wire stuck in your face! I do wear glasses.
