Any first gens in phoenix
Hey guys and gals, let's figure something out. I know from my dealings here that there is a lot of knowledge and experience within 50 miles of me in central Phoenix. (120 so as to not leave out the Tuscon folks). What is the best way to do it? Ideas? Maybe we should do a poll and figure out a way to get together. I would love to be there the next time one of you open up a VE pump or maybe get a dyno day going...Ideas?...Mark
I'm more than willing to make the trek to meet up with more first genners out there. I have family in Gilbert, Scottsdale and Payson. I've missed the dyno days that have been put together and would love to make it to the next one. A lot more first gens fanatics out there than there are out my way.
I know that we need to crawl before we do wind sprints, but I belong to a 912 group that has get togethers where someone builds a tranny or engine and everybody watches and learns. There is certainly enough uniqueness with these rigs for something like that. The sticky is great, but I was raised with the see it, say it, read it, do it method of learning, and the see it part is really important...Mark
when I was looking for a 1st gen I saw a couple of beauties in AZ...both white and both expensive
the one with air suspension on all four corners went to a hunting camp way up in Nova Scotia (IIRC)
don't know what happened to the other, but they were both mint
