I see what you're saying. In regards to the front spring hanger and bushing, could one weld a bushing housing to the top side of the square tubing used in order to obtain more upward travel? As for the rubber bushing, are there any other types of bushings that could be used in its place? Say, something like this grease-able bushing with a weldable housing from Ballistic Fab?

Look at Curriey johnny joints.

I am not a fan of poly bushings. I hate heim joints even worse.

Me too. I only use poly for sway bars if possible.

I think Ballistic Fab has similar joints. I was just using that one as an example being that it has a weld-able housing.
