Air in IP feed line?
Just wanted to touch base with the experts on this problem. When the truck sits overnight the fuel is draining back to the tank (how much I do not know). I have to crank in 30 sec. intervals 2 to 4 times to fire it up. I don't think I had a problem after reinstalling the IP and bleeding it, until I pulled the FSS. There are no fuel leaks. Could the seal for the FSS be the culprit? Just looking for the best place to start searching. To keep from burning out my starter, I pump the primer multiple times (40 to 50) and it starts right up. Pulling the FSS my way isn't easy, but thats where I am prepared to start unless yall think it would be a waste of time.

I made one of these from an old fuel cap, put about 8 psi in the tank then waited about 10 min. and followed fuel line from the tank forward to find the leak
