12 Power is Blue.
Ground from PCM is orange/green tracer. With the switch on it'll likely have 12v on it also (through the solenoid) You can force it to ground without hurting the PCM.

So I need to ground the orange/green wire? Where is the best place to tap in (easiest place to find it)?
