93 w250 with dually axles leafspring help
 

The very front bracket on the drivers side front leaf spring has a slot worn where i think there should be a hole like on the outside. The slot is on the mount plate on the inside of the frame. I dont know if this is normal. I also cant seem to find these mounts for sale anywhere or recall the name of this mount.

Is this for the rear of the front spring?
