I've got a 1999 powerstroke I/C in my truck with 3in I/C tubes. It's a very easy install. Pictures in my gallery. Do a search for intercooler install.

 

hey thanks for the intercooler info ya know of any resorce's for them price bracket i should expect to pay i am lost when it comes ford lol

is there a good diffrence in the never engine ? and how do i tell if it is a 215 or what ever pump engine all i know is it is out of a 1997 4x4 5 speed

Definitely a killer mod. I'll be on the lookout for a Powerjoke I/C.

 

bubba i dont have any of the banks stuff left i sold it all off a long time ago i did not really like it much there are alot better turbo upgrades out there than the banks "quick turbo" and there exhaust system sucks imo lol the intercooler i guess was better i dont knowtice much diffrence in egt between my two trucks tho
