91 cummins feels a little lazy, needs some fuel
just wondering if you guys can tell me how to turn the pump up a little bit on my 91 CTD? it's got the stock setting and i feel it's a little underpowered, it feels like it needs a swift kick in the a*s!!
i don't want to turn it up much just to get rid of the low end laziness it has. any help would be appreciated. thanks, pete

Take a look in the sticky. Adjust the star wheel and smoke screw to fine tune the bottom end without adding fuel overall. Tweaking the power screw will wake 'er up across the board.

The common things everyone talks about doing are turning up the full fuel screw, bumping up the timing and installing the 3200 rpm spring . Each and all of these reportedly give good HP and response gains.

edit: Dave beat me to it!
