91.5 Pricing
I hope you don't mind a 2nd gen guy dropping by in your forum. I have a buddy with a '91.5 250 regular cab that's in good shape. He's looking to upgrade a newer model, but was trying to get a reasonable idea of the value on his current truck. Some online searches seemed to be all over the board, so I was looking for some guidance from the experts on what he should expect for pricing. He also has a 350 that was wrecked that he was using as a donor parts truck. I can get more details and picture if you guys need, just wanted to give him a good idea of the range he should be looking for.
Thanks!

Here are the specs and some pictures of the W250.
1991.5 W250, manual transmission, 4x4, intercooled. Odometer isn't currently working. Shows 230K, probably has closer to 300K. Runs well. Has slight fuel leak at injector pump (planning to swap on the good injector pump from his parts truck W350).
Interior is in decent shape. Has 2nd gen leather seats that show some wear. Manual windows and door locks.

I would say probably around 7500 would be a fair price. I always look at it like this, Axles are 2K for front and rear. Getrag is 1K, Cummings 6bt is 1K, NP205.. 1K so a good starting base would be 5K

If it is relatively rust free it will be worth more the further in to the rust belt he goes to sell it. As a comparison a 1992 W250 club cab similarly equipped was listed near me for $8500 but needed significant rust remediation on the frame, floor pans on both sides were really poorly patched and needed to be redone, starting to rust through over the rear wheels. It was gone in 2 weeks.
