Good luck, They are such A holes at Skyjacker sometimes. Ive had similar problems.. They say cause the battery is on that side and the driver it sags. But the truth is, there first gen springs arent that great. To bad they are really the only ones that have lift springs.. Just be ready to do some complaining.

The trucks are unusually driver side heavy: Battery, fuel, steering gear + driver = they will all eventually lean that way to some extent, if not corrected.
But not that bad.

That sucks, I almost have to think somebody marked that spring with the wrong part number or something. I've had the same lift on my truck since 2007 and have no sag to this point. I think I'd be hitting old Skyjacker up to swap me another set of front springs! Good luck.

YIKES! I'm certainly not going to defend skyjacker, but I've had their springs on several of my trucks, and have sagged slightly... its to be expected; this is crazy. Is one of your shackles on the back of the front springs hanging up? Is your front axle aligned correctly? One suggestion I would have to try would be to loosen all 4 of the spring eye bolts, and jack the truck up lifting both tires off the ground and then then sit the truck back down and bounce the front end a little... see if that helps; If it doesn't help, I'd call skyjacker and rip em a new one....

Well turns out that the company that I bought the lift from ordered the wrong set. They sent D600S (gasser) instead of D600CS (diesel), guy on phone came across as pretrty irritated but saud that they "are on it".
We'll see how it goes from here.
There is no bind in the shackle and I did exactly what you mentioned (lossened all bolts, raised etc) didn't help much at all. All in all it's the wrong springs.

I just lifted my 92 4"....they sent the right springs, but the wrong shocks...they also said they couldn't overnight them to make it right at 1rst....but they finally did....you'd think they would want to make their screw up right, instead of being punks about it...all in all, the truck looks great, but yeah, pains in the bum....

Well I just finished my truck last Wednesday and have been driving it for only 3 days and holy **** is it sagging like crazy on the drivers front. Has anyone had the same issue and how did you end up resolving it?
I installed a 6 inch "Diesel Rated" Skyjacker lift on my 93.
Here is how it sits now
Drivers's Side with the suspension unloaeded. There is 1/2" space between tire and driveway. Notice the gap between the top leaft and the second one. Compare that to the photo below of the passenger side. All of the leafs are contacting eachother. I think the mainleaf has a quality issue and lost it's arch.
The truck has only traveled 45kms since installed and no offroad at all.
