i have a chance at a 4 wd getrag trans and transfer case i am considering an auto to manual swap on my rig but mine is 2wd

How difficult to change the trans to 2wd use?

tail shaft and housing?

where can i get the parts or is it not worth it

I would just leave it 4wd with the transfercase. You would gain a low range for backing up trailers and if you ever wanted to convert to 4x4 you are half way there already.
