350/250 bed question?

Just wondering? If i decide to change my D350 to single wheel 350, would i need to find another bed, is the cut of around wheels larger on 350? I am assuming i can find a rear housing to replace mine with...

Yes unless you just want to leave the wider fender on there .If the fender's are any good you could alway sell them or just cut them even with edge of bed it will give you a Bigger opening is all with stock tires it would look kinda funny but still work

that was my concern, if the wheel openings were noticeably larger on 350 than 250. I was actually looking for 250 when i bought this one. I wish i had kept looking, 350 is tight squeeze in parking area..

the only thing different is the dually bed has a bigger opening you can put a srw bed and axle on your truck and nobody would tell the difference .

The only difference between the SRW and DRW beds is the wheel well opening is much larger on the DRW beds to accommodate the fenders and still have clearance for tires. The physical size of the beds are the same. Also, the dually axle itself has a wider track width than a SRW axle so your tires would stick out a bit.

Keep an eye on e-bay. About 4 years ago I purchased an excellent used bed for about $225 on the Mississippi coast (a one-day round trip from Atlanta). I had been monitoring e-bay for roughly 12 months before I finally found what I needed.
