Ditto on the above...

From your signature it appears you're no longer driving a First Gen ?

The truck is located in southern Alberta(western Canada). Yes it does have the air bags and a compressor as well as the large front grill guard and winter blanket.

Would anyone have a breakdown on the option codes? The owner had emailed me a photo which I believe is the correct tag showing build codes. It would be interesting to see what this truck came with.
Thanks.

So-latest update. I finally got this delivered in late November. Was very happy with the overall condition. Glad to get it home and put away in storage before the snow hits.

Off topic

Hello, I was hoping to get permission to PM a member about a fuel sending unit for my 1989 Dodge 250 diesel. I'm not able to do this. Thank you, Mike UOTE=wannadiesel;3341264]That roof rust is a little worrisome. Is there any evidence of bubbling more toward the center? They rust from the inside out usually.

As long as it runs good and has oil pressure the engine is fine. The trans is gonna be noisy, especially at low rpm in 4th. As long as it's just a growl/rattle and it shifts ok, it's normal.[/QUOTE]

Hi Everyone,
I am still around but am usually a quiet member. There is a lot a of great people who contribute/assist on this forum.

Truck is still in storage but have done a little work on it. Have been busy with aging parents/work and life in general. This purchase was a long term as I have always wanted a first gen Cummins sine they were first introduced. My only issue is my youngest son(21 yrs old now) is a full time owner/operator truck driver and thinks he should inherit it early.
