Can someone please explain to me the new-found love for the big low-rider size wheels? Why not put some spinners on there too. I just don't get it. Sure those 2" MTs look good, but they look the same as the 16" version. Maybe it's just me, but I'd much rather have a 16" wheel that can actually carry a load or hit a pothole without warping. Plus the tires are cheaper.

It is a proven fact that the tire and wheel combination can make or break the look of a vehicle. Selecting that combination is purely the owners choice as he is the one who has to look at it every day I personally like a good old black steel wheel on most things, however, I really like those classic II's as well. The ones that really drive me nuts are 2500 rims and tires on geo metros that arent worth 50 bucks in scrap

Well she's home from the paint shop. The color seems to be a little different from the factory maroon. This seems to have a hint of orange in it, especially when it's sunny. But nevertheless, it looks great.
The paint is Sherwin Williams' top of the line auto paint (4 coats) and 4 coats of clear. The roof was completely stripped to bare metal and new paint applied. They even painted the bed and my gooseneck hitch.
The wheels and the step on the rear bumper have one coat of cheap Rustoleum flat black and one finish coat of Rustoleum Hammered black paint: http://www.rustoleum.com/CBGProduct.asp?pid=29
Sorry for the poor lighting...it's been raining here for 2 days. More as I get them.

I think Dark Copper Pearl Coat was the actual name for that color. The code is PVB. It looks like thats what they were shooting for, but like Rebel said maybe just a tint on the orange side. It looks good the way it is though. Hey if its off shade a little it just makes it that much unique.
