Remove the lock strip. Get some plastic pry-bars designed for the task and try as best you can to not bend the windshield anywhere. I was helping a pro pull mine out and put just a bit to much pressure and it cracked right down the middle from the rear view mirror. You might try working from top to bottom rater than side to side. Work the top out first then 2 guys on each side work from the top down. YMMV. I've never pulled one successfully. Be sure to save the mounting puck for the mirror when you break the windshield. Some new ones come with the puck and some don't.
