I watched this really really badly made but hilarious movie the other day called Machete, and a quick glimpse there was a 1st gen pulling into a mexican labor camp- It's hard to make out if its a cummins or not, but it's definetly a 91-93 D250........On IMCDB they have it listed as a D200

It's one of those movies that's so bad, it's funny. But yea there's a 1st gen in it with a paint scheme that our 91.0 will some day have....

 

Good stuff Brandon. Saw one the other day on modern marvels coming out of a mine. Not sure why but it is cool to see them on tv

The new Toshiba laptop commercial has a shot of what looks to be a clean '93 D250 Xcab.

Also there is a Viagra commercial that has a 1st gen 4x4 pulling a horse trailer through the mud. (Truck gets stuck, though).

I love seeing these old gals on TV.

I've seen that one too! I was distracted by the truck enough that I didn't know it was for Viagra. Too bad he didn't know how to use his transfer-case.

 

Classic! I have seen all those commercials and noted the trucks as well. Also saw Machete. Yes, Machete was somewhat funny due to the maximum B rated value

Anyone with half a brain would have waited a day, or drove the horses in. It's going to take him two days to get there with a blade to smooth the ruts out of that road.

It's cool seeing these trucks on TV, but they are going to catch the investor's and tuner's eye and we won't be able to afford them anymore.

What was the Chuck Norris movie with the Ramcharger with the superchargers? It was pretty lame though, you had to turn the supercharger on with a toggle switch. Yeah.

There was also a movie, Maximum OD, maybe, it was about a couple kids who cut off an old truck and it was stalking them. Old dually Dodge, it got turned over upside down, and the driver kept revving it and it flipped over upright again.

Bad guys in a white 1st gen (non diesel) chase down 007.
Bond floods the road with flaming fuel and the bad guys go off a cliff.

 

Was that the one where the bad guys buried him & the RC in the ground and he drove it up and out?

Check-out the "Electric Horseman", w Robert Redford, i think it was D350-ext cab w/ camper a local used car dealer here in town owned it for awhile "500"HP,5sp. ?????

 

yeah, that's the one I saw last week. my daughter and I both pointed to the screen and said "there's a Cummins!" at the same time LOL
