1993 Dodge D-250 trans Slipping (Morning Sickness)

Any reasonings why the 1993's have the morning sickness? My truck has it but i dont know how to stop it. Anyone have any sugestions?

The trans does not circulate fluid in Park, so the torque converter is only half full when you go to take off. Let the truck idle for a minute in Neutral before you take off and it will drive normally.
