They all, I believe, had the two holes. But one can always fill, or drill, holes

Fender badges too changes in 1991, however double stick tape is used and the previous provisions are covered.
I will add pictures later. There is a sweet 70s two tone down the street with a two tone bed, too bad they moved the trim.
Oh and tail lights, 81-93 again check chrome bezel versus black

, thanks. If anyone else has more edits let me know. I just want to get all the body changes out there finally. I flat did not know you could get a non intercooled with the newer grille and molding.
Door strikers and corresponding latch changed for the 1986 model year. Easy to change out if you know about it before hand
Bed mounting changed in btw 1989 and 1990 model years (and the frame also) as scot pa said
The doors have been the trickiest to nail down when the changes were done. It seems the 1987 and later doors are much more flimsy b/c of the new venting near the front hinge. (The 93s had these vents covered with a vinyl patch) This was about the time they went to the full length interior door panel. Some people state that the sheetmetal is much thinner on the 87 and later doors as well.
I've also noticed 2 different vent window gaskets from the factory: One that has a extension towards the rear that prevents more water from getting in the door and one that ends right at the divider between the vent window and side window.
And No you cannot use a 91-93 grille on a 90 without modifications or not using your headlight bezels
