1980 W250 Auto to Manual
I am about to swap out a '93 W250 CTD with a '80 PW W250 , the CTD is a 5spd, the PW is auto. How much work am I looking at to convert the old Mopar to stick? I want to utilize the '93s drivetrain as well.
Thx

yes it can be done but the 80 has different body lines then the 93 does but it's basicly the same swap as the 81-93 do some research on here and A lot of reading I think you will be ok biggest thing is if the 80 only has a Dana 44 you will have to run a 60 front end
The late 80's/90's Dodges have hydraulic clutches. The firewalls are different around the electrical bulkhead/ clutch passthrough area. Basically, the bulkhead is farther toward the fender on the newer ones to allow a large hole for the hyd master cylinder. This has been covered a few times in these forums.
