The writeup is in this month's Diesel Power Mag...basically it's an AirDog II, Hellman Sump, and big lines run at 30 psi with a loctite front seal.

514whp is a very impressive number! Cant wait to see what the final numbers turn out to be.

Was that dyno with just the 14mm and turbo over the last dyno, or did you advance the timing too?

Yeah i saw that on project rust bucket. I just heard that Rust bucket broke over 500rwhp But how do you like that setup? I was thinkin about goin that route. And you run that thing at 30 psi??? I thought you could only run it 16 to 20 psi even with loctite on the front seal? I'm curious to see what your trucks got. Good luck man.

Still not that much timing, pump is bumped almost to the head, but not quite. I think about 20-ish degrees total. Going to the dyno again soon with a bottle heater and see if I can't do a little better.....

Something just doesnt add up to me that is killing your power. Your injectors are more then big enough for 700whp with the 14mm head, and your turbo is big enough to make over 500whp fuel only. Then with all that N2O you should break 600whp easily.

Am I thinking wrong or missing something?

I know you have an upgraded tranny, but I assume some is still lost in it, unless Boostedve had a tight 727 as well...

Is the pump conservatively set right now Jason?

Pump was set at 370cc at 2500 rpm, But I agree the fuel only numbers seem low. I feel like the numbers should be more like 450 on fuel. at least.

JQ is there a reason why you wont put that pump at run away and see what it will do.

I could see your fuel only being low, the IAT has to be extremely hot, plus the tiny crossover pipe has got to be holding the turbo back. But the N2O cooling the charge and adding alot of oxygen should get you to 600+whp. Was your dyno graph fairly steady, or did it have some small spikes all over the top end?

Y'know, I haven't actually got a good run in yet. Should have more results in a week or two. Gotta remember too that the slip rate on my converter is going to be 20% or more under power, which I am sure kills a bit of hp.

Well your flowing more fuel than mine thats a plus, but it still has me puzzled??? As long as it keeps going up I would say that its all in the tuning.

I'm leaving on Thursday for Vegas, but we will be stopping in Reno and then heading down on Friday. Hope to see you there.

FYI I did a couple of fuel only runs out on the street and it seams to run pretty good. I dont have have a dyno close to go tune on anymore so i am hoping that I can just beat me old numbers.
