1985/1993 Dodge D350 Cummins Diesel CREW CAB conversion
Typical story.A new baby, a 4 year old and new house shopping has made me decide I would try to sell this great project. I don't really want to, but I don't see getting to it for a long time. It is titled as a 1985 D350. A 1993 D350 was stretched and a crew cab added. Runs good with about 217K, automatic trans, 3.54 limited slip, A/C works all the LE power accessories were used from the 1993. Grey interior with captain chairs in front with console and bench in rear. Carpet and rear door panels are beat up. Cab has some bubbling along top of windshield. Dent in passenger rocker. Windshield is cracked. There is a rust hole area near transmission tunnel area. Overall the cab, fenders and doors are pretty nice, it is not a rusted, thrown together truck. The box is beat up. Not really rusty, but previous owner used it to haul scrap. He had 6700lbs in it, so the stretched frame is plenty strong. I have also gathered all the parts to convert the truck to 4 wheel drive. Dana 60 3.54 front, front frame section with H.D. leafs, steering bracket, shock mounts, leaf spring mounts, good 4x4 trans, NP205 transfer case, crossmember, shift lever, 4 wheel drive indicator lamp, driveshaft and all bolts, fasteners, rear O.E. lift blocks, etc. Another tailgate that is decent is included. I just put in brand new tail lamps. The truck IS NOT drivable. It has been sitting a few years before I got it. The tires are JUNK! The brakes need to be checked, the pedal is soft. I did put a master cylinder in it, but the system needs to be bled starting at rear ABS junction. The left tail lamp wiring must be checked, there is no power and some creative wiring underneath. I have driven the truck around the neighborhood several times(it is a blast), but you aren't driving it home. I am asking $5000.00 for everything. Located near St. Paul Minnesota.
