whats it take to put a 48re in my truck?

There is one for sale local cheap. I know my tc is weak but I assume the trans itself may not last forever and the one for sale is built.

youd need a different pcm for sure. RE is alot more electronic than the RH.
also a wiring harness. i actually preffer my RH due to the simplicity of it and manual control i have of it.

i know a guy here in Ktown that has used all of the 48 hard parts in his 47RH. i know the planetarys and clutches are all a bit heavier
