My trans starts to shudder once in a while. it seems like it happens at about 1700-1900 rpms. in fourth gear. My truck was turned up to 675 lb tq when i bought it. It has about 88,000 miles. so whats going on?

 

Sounds to me like your overdrive clutches are starting to go.If you check the trans fluid and it smells burnt, you should go to a trans shop and have them look at it and see what they say, but don't let it go too long or else you may need some serious trans work.Also have them check your lockup selonoid, this could also cause a shudder.
