This may have been covered but I havent found it.

In my 96 3500 4x4, the time has come for a front end overhaul. And I am dreading the thought. Probably need cv joints, ball joints, tie rods, the whole deal.

What years front ends would be a direct fit, if any?

If I could find one cheap , I would be just as happy to swap it right in, and not have to deal with the hassel.

Any 94-02 axle would fit right in, and not much work to swap a third gen front axle in. It's a Dana 60.
