Water pump with shroud?
 

Has anyone ever installed a water pump with a shroud on their Cummins 5.9? My water pump dumped my coolant this morning so I picked up a water pump. The one they had in stock is a Murray WITH shroud. Has anyone ever installed one? Are there any benefits or issues with the one with the shroud around the blades? The one I got is the 5 blade. They also have a 7 blade. Can anyone tell me the differences in blade count? Thank you guys

Yes you can, but it's kind of a maze snaking it out between the fan blades.
