Truck won't start!
Have fuel to all injectors ( cracked the lines while woman was cranking) I can here the shut off solenoid clicking. It's been pulling this stunt all week. Sometimes she starts sometimes she don't?
Maybe the plunger was pulling the fuel shut off high enough?

The solenoids very rarely fail, the vast majority are replaced needlessly.
Make sure the blue wire at the battery isn't corroded, the relay on the firewall is functioning, the solenoid plunger is clean and the linkage isn't binding.
