Transmission shifting Rough

Ok I need some help guys, my truck is shifting really rough from 1st to second gear and then 2nd to 3 is a little rough, but not as bad. Could this mean I need the bands adjusted, or could it be something else? Thanks everyone

shifting rough usually signifies running higher pressure through your valve body. mines shifts hard but i set it like that because of the higher horsepower. you can have the pressure adjusted to your liking, im sure the other guys will add in their .02 cents.

Well trans was rebuilt around 170K and im now at 210k so, I have changed the fluid about 8k ago and filter also, wasn't sure how to get all the fluid out of the TQ. I disconnected a oil trans hose by the trans oil cooler and turned the truck on and run it in neutral.
