there is a two degree difference between pulses from the pump to the injector.
I've never seen any measurable difference between the pump and injector ends of the line with my timing light.

Timing light is great for checking timing but for changing it the dial indicator method is easier.

Snap On does not make the timing tools [ so neither does Blue Point - not all the Snap On tools are duplicated in the Blue Point name ] .
Miller makes most of the timing kit for Snap On , but its hard to find a source of Miller .
There is so much price fixing , monopolies , ect. .
That there are just too many games being played , which make for a lot of over pricing .

Agreed, still need the dial. The light is great for checking where its at on pumps that give you trouble.

The two degrees was on my 24v. I haven't put the light on my 12v yet. Next time I use it, I'll check to see what it is on another truck.

Need a pulse adapter that clamps to the fuel lines, and that gives a signal to your run of the mill gasser timing light. Need a TDC mark and a pointer for it to work.
