im not for sure but i dont think im supposed to be able to pull my accelerator pedal to me 2-3 inches, any tips on how to get the slack out

 

Mine does that too. I think it's normal. I don't think it's slack in the cable. I just don't think it catches till you reach the useable throttle cable. There is a cable end that "catches" the cable when you press down on the accelerator, but there is nothing to catch the pedal when you pull up on it. I hope this makes sense. Been a long night at work so I'm kinda out of it.
