I am workin on a 4 cylinder diesel with an inline injection pump, alot like our P7100 pumps, at school and i am thinking the fuel rack is stuck in the no fuel position. I am getting lots of fuel to the bottom of the delievery valves but they are not geeting pushed up to sent the fuel to the injectors.
