I just joined the forum and I like what I see. I have a 94' 3/4 ton 4x4 with a sputter. Around 1100 rpm it misses and bugs me to no end. Any fixes or advice would be great. I apologize for posting this in the wrong spot.

 

How about at higher RPM or at idle? Does it change if you put it under load?
Do you have any hase out the tail pipe? Ive had one with one bad injector that would have a slight shutter right at take off, you would be able to feel it in the cab. I found it after pop testing the injectors. Good luck.

 

It is smooth at all other rpms, and doesn't smoke. The guys at BD Diesel performance said it was a factory deffect with the pump, but I can't just accept that.
