Sonnax Throttle Valve Kit
Sonnax Throttle Valve Kit
I would like my truck to shift a little bit later than it does. And, the TV cable is adjusted right. There is no slack in it but it still shifts early. Under light throttle it shifts at tround 1100-1150 rpms. I would like for it to hold until at least 1500-1600 rpms. So, I came across this: http://www.sonnax.com/part_summary.php?id=4786&pl=1.
Anyone actually installed one of these? Did it work like the description says and were you happy with the results? How difficult was the install? I am also open to suggestions. I don't really have the extra cash right now for a fully built valve body from one of the big vendors. I can pick this kit up at a local dealer for $40. Thanks!
