#'s of torque for track bar?

Howdy.

I help a friend put in SJ D25 coils and had to remove the track bar from the axle. It seems to be clunking when turning now. I don't think that clearance is and issue. So I am thinking that it might need to be tighter?

What should it be torqued to?

Ball stud nut (upper mount) is 62 foot lbs.

The track bar bolt (lower mount) is 130 foot lbs.
