I had someone else look at it today, and he said he doesn't think it is fuel either...doesn't smell like it or look thin enough.

But the oil looked kinda dirty for only 250 or so miles on it. Maybe I need to do some short change cycles to flush it out.

I am thinking the preiovus owner did very little inthe way of maintenance.

I base this on several things, one of them being that when I bought it, I thought it had all kind of oil leaks from the undercarriage, but once cleaned up, there are very few leaks. It looks like he spilled it when he filled it, and never bothered to clean it up.
